Welcome to the Noix de Rome home page English version. Noix de Rome is pleased to offers its products to customers outside Japan. Please follow the steps described below to purchase Noix de Rome products through the Internet.

#1: Choose your order from the Noix de Rome home page.

1. Select the items of your order in the section *The Menu* (Selection in The Menu will be changed every four weeks).
   
2. Go to the Internet Order Form in this home page. Find the name(s) of the item(s) to be selected in the List. For the item(s) selected, fill in the right hand box(es) with the number indicating how many item(s) you would like to order.
   
3. Please also fill out the personal information boxes at the end of the form. Do not forget to include your e-mail address, we will use e-mail to contact you in the next step.
   
4. When you have completed all the information, click the *ORDER* button and send to us.

#2: Receive the Order Confirmation.

• When we receive your order, we will check the stock and send you an Order Confirmation through the e-mail. The confirmation will indicate the availability of the items you ordered, the amount of the payment (including shipping) requested, and the address you should send your payment to.
  
• If you do not receive a Confirmation within a week since you sent the order to our home page, please contact us by fax at the fax number below. Other than English, Japanese languages are available.
  

#3: Send us your payment by International Postal Money Order and Telegraphic transfer.

• We can accept US$ only.
• Additional costs will be charged.(Telegraphic transfer)
• If we do not hear from you within four(4) weeks after we sent the Confirmation (the date will be shown in the Confirmation), the order will be considered to be canceled.
  

#4: The product(s) will be processed for delivery after payment is received.

• For keeping track of shipments, we use a registered air mail. Please be advised that it will take between two(2) and four(4) weeks for delivery.
